I didn’t know how much I needed from Bridget until I went through a three day weekend retreat with her. This intensive package is for creating a personal, safe container between you and Bridget for a period of 6 months (24 weeks). The package includes your fourteen (14) individual 1:1 coaching sessions, plus all of the support, resources and tools detailed below. The coaching sessions are 45 min- 1 hour each.They are scheduled as follows: meet once a week over the first four (4) weeks; meet every other week over the remaining twenty (20) weeks.
